Returns & Refund

Thank you for shopping with Shooppyway! We aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused

    • In the same condition as received

    • In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required to complete your return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used pet products (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items (marked as "Final Sale")


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support at info@shooppyway.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Package the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@shooppyway.com
Please include photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the normal return process.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
